Dandan Noodle Bar Host Hostess

JOB SUMMARY 

Welcomes guests, seats them at tables or lounge and helps to ensure quality of ability and service.  

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY 

• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.  

• Greet guests in a timely manner  

• Provide guests with menus  

• Assign guests to tables  

• Ensure that dining and serving areas are clean and properly set-up  

• Receive and record guests’ reservations  

• Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service  

• Other duties as assigned.  

WHAT YOU WILL NEED 

• Must be 21 years of age or older 

• Proficient in English verbal and written 

• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays 

• Strong verbal communication skills.  

• High School diploma or GED preferred.  

• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.  

• Must be able to obtain a required Non-Gaming License.  

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS 

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.  

• Repetitive lifting of up to 15 lbs.  

• Frequent walking.  

• Work area is subject to variable temperatures.  

• May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise and bright lights.
