Overview We are hiring a Global Planning Account Director to lead one of the world’s most influential and innovative brands at a truly global scale
This role sits at the heart of our international planning team, shaping media strategy for Meta’s Brand Product Marketing portfolio across multiple markets
You’ll play a pivotal role in turning ambition into action — partnering closely with senior clients, local markets and specialist teams to deliver work that drives growth and cultural impact

What you’ll be doing Owning day‑to‑day leadership of Meta’s global planning work, ensuring consistently high standards across markets Acting as the primary client partner for your portfolio, building trusted, long‑term relationships Leading annual planning, global strategy and measurement projects in partnership with senior stakeholders Guiding teams to deliver integrated media plans across brand, performance and innovation Creating clarity and momentum across complex workstreams, from rapid‑response campaigns to long‑term initiatives Developing and supporting managers and executives, fostering collaboration, confidence and growth Identifying opportunities to evolve ways of working, improve processes and strengthen the Meta partnership Skills we’re looking for Proven experience leading media planning and client relationships within a media agency environment Confidence working across both traditional and digital media channels at scale Strong communication skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and build alignment Experience managing and developing teams with empathy and accountability A strategic mindset, paired with attention to detail and a commitment to quality Comfort working across international markets and with multiple stakeholders Curiosity about technology, innovation and the changing media landscape Additional information Spark Foundry offers a wide range of
