Your role

 

As a Talent Acquisition Officer in our Pre-Employment Screening Team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough background checks and verifying candidate credentials to support informed hiring decisions.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • The role involves conducting comprehensive pre-employment screening processes, background verification, and document validation, to ensure thorough vetting of candidates for Correctives Services NSW. 
  • Collaboration with hiring managers and other stakeholders is essential to maintain compliance with organisational policies and legal regulations.
  • Timely and accurate processing of candidate information is a priority, along with maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data.
  • Additionally, the role includes providing clear guidance to candidates and resolving any screening-related inquiries efficiently.

 

 

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with pre-employment screening processes or related experience in HR/recruitment (preferred).
