WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Lead a team of 2-3 as part of a global treasury organization.
- Supervise timely and accurate reporting and transaction processing by the team.
- Lead daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting across multiple currencies and regions.
- Settlement of treasury payments including the settlement of debt, foreign exchange and other treasury related payments.
- Optimize global liquidity through intercompany funding, cash pooling arrangements, in-house banking strategies and investments.
- Manage an intercompany netting system.
- Daily bank account reconciliation and support month-end close
- Drive treasury system and other technology enhancements.
- Standardize banks, banking processes, and internal procedures.
- Improve automation around cash positioning, bank reporting and liquidity dashboards.
- Standardize global treasury policies and procedures; keep internal controls and process memos up to date.
- Free Cash Flow reporting and forecasting.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- 8+ years of progressive treasury experience.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader.
- Strong experience in: global cash management; multi-currency liquidity structures; multinational, publicly traded company experience and working with internal and external audit.
- Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as banking platforms and treasury management systems.
- Flexibility to thrive in fast-paced and changing environments.
