Always engaging! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families. • Always learning! Complete ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development topics. Always inspiring! Implement the Montessori curriculum (with assistance of the Director, a School Education Manager, Team Lead, or faculty mentor) and facilitate engaging interactive learning experiences.
