This role will be responsible for driving delivery across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and technical scoping through build coordination, testing, deployment, and launch readiness.
TLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager on a project basis to lead the end-to-end delivery of a bespoke web-based promotional engine for a client in the Philippines. This solution will support a promotional mechanic such as a prize draw or raffle and will require integration between the client’s systems and TLC’s internal platforms and processes.
The Technical Project Manager will act as the central point of coordination across internal stakeholders, external developers or technical partners, and the client’s business and technical teams to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standard.
This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who is comfortable operating at the intersection of business, operations, and technology. The successful candidate must be structured, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders in a fast-paced client environment.
What you'll be doing:
Leading end to end project management from kickoff to go live
Building and managing timelines, milestones and critical paths
Keeping a clear view of progress, risks and dependencies
Bringing structure to governance, reporting and decision making
Gathering and shaping business and technical requirements
Turning complex needs into clear, actionable delivery plans
Working closely with developers to ensure solutions are practical and effective
Acting as the bridge between client, internal teams and delivery partners
Keeping everyone aligned, accountable and moving forward
Communicating confidently with both technical and non technical audiences
Leading QA and UAT phases with clarity and control
Ensuring all issues are tracked, resolved and signed off
Preparing teams for launch with robust handover and support plans
Who we're looking for:
Proven experience delivering digital or technical projects, ideally web based or integration led
Confidence working with developers and technical stakeholders
Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast paced, client facing environment
Clear and confident communication style
Experience using tools such as Jira, Asana or similar
