This role is at Manager Specialist level placed in our amazing LEGO Campus in Billund, Denmark. Please note that we do not offer relocation support.
Core responsibilities
You will join our Total Reward Experience team, a team of 15 energized and dedicated colleagues at one of the world’s leading creative companies to build a fair, transparent and data‑driven reward experience. As an Associate Reward Partner, you’ll be the wing‑person to one of our five Reward Partners and collaborate across our People organization and with leaders in the business.
You’ll be responsible for our day-to-day management of our global job architecture and play an instrumental part in ensuring the foundation for equitable reward decisions at scale. Your tasks will include:
Partner with a specific part of the organization where you are the go-to expert on all reward matters, pay equity and fairness and utilization of our Reward & Recognition Program
Provide offers and guidance to hiring managers and colleagues in Talent Acquisition within policy and market ranges.
Lead and evolve our global job architecture and job catalogue, ensuring consistent leveling, career paths and market alignment.
Play your part contributing to our annual reward cycles end‑to‑end (merit, bonus, performance inputs, country benchmarking etc.) in line with our reward philosophy and principles.
Contribute to ad‑hoc projects (policy refreshes, governance, systems enhancements, data standards) that strengthen our total reward ecosystem.

Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate brings solid experience in reward/compensation, ideally from a global environment. You have a strong analytics toolkit: advanced Excel; proficiency with Power BI and HRIS (Workday preferred) and are comfortable working with large, complex datasets. In addition, we expect that you have
Proven experience running merit/bonus cycles and job architecture or career framework initiatives.
Sharp attention to detail with the judgement to balance policy, market data, and business context.
Strong negotiation and excellent communication skills; capable of simplifying complexity for diverse audiences and experience from working directly with business leaders.
Nice to have exposure to AI‑enabled analytics or pay equity tools.
As a person, you are curious, commercial and improvement‑minded; confident to challenge the status quo. You bring a collaborative, international mindset, and you are a team player who’s fun to work with.
