Job Description

Become a part of our team!

We are seeking a driven and technically capable professional to take ownership of order intake, service coordination, and parts supply within a mining and materials handling environment.

About the Role:

In this role, you will coordinate the delivery of both site and off-site services, including day-to-day parts supply, offshore engineering-supported supply, and onshore parts that do not require engineering input.

You will support an established customer base across mining sites with materials handling equipment, while also identifying and developing new opportunities across similar operations.

Working closely with the engineering team, you will help maximise engineering utilisation, promote technical capability, and support growth across service and parts offerings.

This role also includes coordinating site-based supervisory services and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

In addition, you will support capital project execution, including assisting with RFQ preparation, subcontractor tendering and selection, mobilisation planning, and on-site coordination during construction, installation, and assembly phases.

*While the role is Perth based, we are open to considering applicants from Brisbane or Sydney.

 About you:

You are an experienced professional with a strong technical and commercial mindset, committed to delivering exceptional service and outcomes for your customers.

You take ownership of your work and projects from start to finish, communicate effectively at all levels, and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams.

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

  • Sales experience in mineral processing and strong knowledge of bulk materials handling equipment.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

  • Strong decision-making and negotiation skills

  • Effective communication skills across all levels, both written and verbal

  • Experience preparing quotations and understanding commercial terms

  • Highly organised with strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

  • Able to work independently, under pressure, and with attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
