Job Duties & Responsibilities:• Execute and oversee permitting, lockout/tagout, rail isolation, equipment rounds, and maintenance coordination to ensure safe and compliant operations.• Manage sampling, boxing, and feedstock activities, including SAP transactions, BOL creation, documentation verification (BOL/CofA), and customer complaint resolution.• Maintain site readiness by ensuring availability of PPE, tools, and supplies; supporting safety programs, inspections, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance (PSM, SPCC).• Track, report, and maintain operational data (SAP, spreadsheets, SharePoint), including maintenance, inventory, billing, and financial reconciliation; provide cross-functional backup support and on-call coverage.Job Qualifications:• Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available• May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams• Speak, write, read fluent English• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus
