GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES An employee in this position performs professional work under the direction of the Emergency Services Manager– Employee Development (Training) in coordinating, developing, and delivering education and training programs for all Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel. Provides classroom and fieldbased instruction for all credentialed EMS providers, supports continuing education and credentialing processes, and contributes to continuous quality improvement in clinical performance and EMS service delivery.
