You will identify automation opportunities, translate business needs into efficient workflows, and streamline critical business operations to improve efficiency. This role also requires driving innovation through the integration of Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic workflows into automation solutions to enhance decision-making, productivity, and business outcomes. This senior role requires strong technical skills, leadership to mentor junior engineers, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and practical application of agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills are needed to articulate complex concepts and present solutions. Staying updated on automation and AI trends is essential for recommending innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the complete lifecycle of enterprise workflow automation solutions, encompassing the initial conceptualization, detailed design, development, testing, seamless deployment, and ongoing maintenance, utilizing primarily no-code and low-code platforms such as Appian and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams, including business analysts, process owners, IT architects, and end-users, to meticulously gather and document comprehensive business and technical requirements. Translate these requirements into clear and concise user stories, detailed process flows, and technical specifications that serve as the blueprint for automation solutions.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end implementation and continuous optimization of business process automation solutions. This includes configuring workflows, developing custom connectors or integrations when necessary, ensuring data integrity and security, and rigorously testing solutions to guarantee optimal performance and reliability. The primary goal is to demonstrably improve organizational efficiency, streamline operational workflows, and achieve significant reductions in operational costs through strategic automation.
