Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Engineer – Physical Verification with 7+ years of expertise in ASIC physical verification methodologies and sign-off processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading physical verification activities, ensuring design compliance with foundry rules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve successful tape-outs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end physical verification activities for complex SoC/ASIC designs.

Perform and debug DRC, LVS, ERC, ANT, and other physical verification checks using industry-standard EDA tools.

Work closely with Physical Design, Layout, and Design teams to resolve verification issues and achieve clean sign-off.

Develop, maintain, and improve physical verification methodologies, scripts, and automation flows.

Analyze foundry rule decks and implement best practices for robust sign-off processes.

Support multiple tape-outs and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality targets.

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on physical verification challenges.

Collaborate with foundries and EDA vendors to resolve tool and rule-related issues.

Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous process improvements.
