Responsibilities Delivers high-quality work on time, communicates diligently with internal and external stakeholders, and builds strong relationships with agency partners and global production teams. Stays up to date with tools, processes, and field-related training, shares knowledge as part of their day-to-day, and gets involved with internal initiatives when required. Qualifications MUST HAVE SKILLS: - Expert in Figma (especially design systems) and Adobe Creative Cloud. - Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, design systems understanding, and polished visual execution. - 5+ years of experience in an agency or design studio environment. - Ability to work on and design for CRM campaigns (or at least a good understanding of email and lifecycle comms). - Comfort using AI tools within the creative process. - Clear and confident communicator (comfortable presenting work and receiving feedback). - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality. - Ability to handle multiple projects without sacrificing detail or quality.
