AI Transformation Leader

The AI Lead will build and lead our AI capability as a core growth engine of the business, transforming how insurers operate across pricing, underwriting, claims, reserving and capital.

This is not an innovation or technology leadership role. It is a commercial transformation role accountable for: • Selling large-scale AI transformation programmes • Embedding AI into live client workflows • Scaling repeatable, high-margin delivery • Driving AI adoption across all client propositions

The objective is clear: Position the firm as the leading AI-enabled consultancy in insurance.
