Psych House Director

Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health and in conjunction with department directors/nurse managers the Psychiatric House Director is responsible for personnel management, interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures, staff mix allocation and coordination of bed management in order to support and enhance patient care. Collaborates with House Directors and department directors/nurse managers to guide behavioral health staff/physicians in the process of problem resolution. Serves as an administrative representative in off shifts. Will work with House Directors to improve overall flow and process
