Shipping Clerk

As a Shipping Clerk, you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating outbound shipments and ensuring everything flows smoothly—from paperwork to driver communication. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Ship and Receive materials, equipment, chemicals, and associated items.
Keep the Warehouse and the associated storage facilities organized and clean.
Securing pallets for shipment (banding, wrapping, assembling)
Operate forklifts and yard mule.
Maintain current credentials, know-how certifications that are required to ship hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals domestically and internationally
Inventory management and cycle counting
Communicate within Production and with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service to provide and obtain accurate and timely shipping/receiving information to eliminate service failures and unnecessary delays.
Provide accurate, error free and complete information verbally and into various computer systems and via email.
Other duties as assigned to assist with the site's needs and activities.
Job Qualifications:• May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams• Speak, write, read fluent English• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus
