The Clinical Nurse Educator supports the clinical development and successful transition of newly hired nurses, nurse residents, and experienced nursing staff. This role primarily focuses on the delivery of education and hands-on clinical instruction, ensuring nursing staff develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to provide safe, high-quality patient care. The Clinical Nurse Educator delivers structured educational programs through classroom instruction, simulation, and bedside teaching.
