Lead, Manufacturing Technician I, Brass - 2nd Shift

The Lead, Manufacturing Technician, Brass is responsible for ensuring that production goals are met while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. They oversee a team of technicians and ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA, SAAMI, and SIG SAUER.  The Lead, Manufacturing Technician, Brass is intended for individuals who have extensive manufacturing experience or a comparable skillset. They need to have excellent communication and time management skills.  Leads are expected to work closely with Quality, Engineering, and other supporting departments to provide the highest quality product to our customers.
