
Director, Member Experience (Retail Banking)
Job Description
The Director, Member Experience is a senior people leader responsible for leading a regional network of small to mid-sized branches to deliver exceptional member experiences, sustainable growth, and strong operational performance. The role is accountable for translating retail and enterprise strategy into consistent branch-level execution through visible leadership, disciplined performance management and strong cross functional collaboration. This position balances strategic oversight with active, hands-on leadership, maintaining close engagement with branch leaders to drive priorities, remove barriers, coach and develop talent and reinforcing expectations.
