Manage and lead a team of SAP Ariba consultants, providing direction and guidance
Oversee the implementation of SAP Ariba projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Collaborate with clients to understand their processes and system requirements
Design and configure SAP Ariba
Provide guidance and support to clients in utilizing and customizing their SAP solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Ariba, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM processes and Success Factors modules
Proven experience in designing and configuring SAP Ariba
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering successful SAP projects
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in full-cycle SAP Ariba implementation projects
Certification in SAP Ariba is preferred
