This paid, full-time residency is designed to develop emerging church leaders through hands-on ministry experience, intentional mentorship, leadership coaching, and spiritual growth. Residents will serve alongside a collaborative and fast-paced staff team while gaining hands-on experience to areas such as kids, student, worship, outreach, and pastoral ministry.
