About the Role:

We are looking for friendly, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Specialists. In this role, you will assist customers, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction ends on a positive and professional note.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Answering customer questions and providing timely support
  • Resolving issues in a calm, professional, and friendly manner
  • Communicating clearly and confidently over the phone and via email
  • Making customers feel heard, valued, and supported
  • Working closely with your team to deliver excellent service

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Call Center Representative. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer calls and emails, providing effective solutions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

We support a variety of accounts across different industries, including hospitality, airlines, educational platforms, telecommunications, and subscription-based entertainment channels. This variety offers exposure to different customer service environments and enhances your experience across multiple sectors.

Building strong relationships with customers and contributing to a positive, professional team environment are key aspects of this role.

Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and provide empathetic support
English level B2-C1.
Flexibility with night and overnight shifts.
Prior experience in a call center is advantageous but not mandatory.
