Head - Engineering

The main purpose of this role is to plan and oversee the engineering department to ensure works are completed within the stipulated time and budget. The engineering manager will plan engineering activities including value engineering in a way that is in line with the project, the company's vision, and its mission. Drive KPIs across all facets of the engineering function to guarantee that all projects are completed on budget, on schedule, and to the highest possible quality standards. Ensure that Health, Safety, and Environmental concerns are given top priority, and facilitate, direct, and drive Lean Business strategy implementation and Continuous Improvement across all engineering-related areas of the business.
