The Opportunity
This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
What You’ll Work On
Media & Omnichannel Strategy
- Lead the development of a comprehensive HCP media strategy aligned to brand priorities, customer journeys, and business goals
- Architect and operationalize an integrated omnichannel engagement model, ensuring seamless coordination across paid, owned, and field channels
- Define channel roles, investment frameworks, and activation strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion
Content & Channel Orchestration
- Develop and lead a content strategy tailored to HCP needs across the customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment across media, CRM, web, and sales channels
- Partner with brand, medical, and creative teams to deliver high-impact, compliant content that drives behavior change
- Ensure consistent messaging and personalization across touchpoints through orchestration with omnichannel platforms
Performance, Analytics & Investment Optimization
- Establish and own media KPIs, measurement frameworks, and attribution models to track effectiveness at channel and campaign levels
- Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and optimization plans to improve ROI and customer engagement
- Partner with analytics and data science teams to evolve measurement capabilities and inform future investment strategies
- Lead performance reviews and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide budget allocation and channel prioritization
Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence
- Serve as the Media Lead connecting brand, omnichannel, analytics, sales, and digital teams to ensure aligned execution
- Drive alignment with the Omnichannel team to embed best practices, innovation, and scalable solutions
- Influence organizational adoption of new engagement models and tools to shift toward desired HCP behaviors
Agency & Vendor Management
- Lead and evolve agency partnerships to ensure delivery of best-in-class media strategy, planning, buying, and optimization
- Manage external vendors and platforms, ensuring performance accountability, innovation, and cost efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree with at least 4-6 years of experience in media strategy, omnichannel marketing, or digital marketing, with increasing strategic responsibility
Proven ability to develop and execute integrated media strategies and lead cross-channel orchestration
Strong experience in agency management and cross-functional leadership
Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics, ROI measurement, and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, web analytics, and omnichannel tools
Familiarity with data architecture, attribution modeling, and advanced measurement frameworks
Track record of driving transformation in marketing capabilities or operating models
Strong program management skills in a matrixed, fast-paced organization
Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with the ability to translate emerging trends into business impact

$130,700.00 – $261,300.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
