Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Strategy & Architecture

• Define the global process architecture for software & solutions, covering design, development, deployment, delivery, operations, and lifecycle management.
• Develop long-term transformation roadmaps and target operating models that support solution scalability and compliance.
• Establish governance frameworks and process standards aligned with QMS, regulatory requirements, and business performance needs.

2. End‑to‑End Process Design & Standardization

• Lead the design, harmonization, and global deployment of standardized E2E processes across markets and businesses.
• Ensure processes are tightly integrated with underpinning IT applications, data models, automation workflows, and architectural principles.
• Conduct gap assessments and incorporate best practices and industry benchmarks into process designs.

3. Transformation & Change Leadership

• Act as a key transformation leader within the Accelerate! Program and IS&AI organization.
• Partner with Business Transformation teams to deploy capabilities, oversee development cycles, and participate in release planning, sprint demos, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Drive adoption of new ways of working, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, markets, and functional teams.

4. Capability Enablement & Performance

• Build and nurture Communities of Practice to elevate process and capability maturity across the organization.
• Partner with Philips University and other learning functions to design and deliver training programs for business users.
• Establish process performance metrics and dashboards, own impact tracking and reporting against internal and external benchmarks.

5. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead and develop a global team of Business Process Experts, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.
• Engage senior leaders across Businesses, Markets, IT, and Transformation to drive alignment and decision‑making.
• Serve as an executive voice for process excellence, solution lifecycle management, and operational scalability.

Experience & Qualifications Required

• 15+ years’ experience in software design, development, operations, supply chain, or professional services within a global and multicultural environment.
• Deep expertise in E2E process design, harmonization, and large‑scale global deployments.
• 10+ years of experience in global, cross‑functional settings.
• Proven experience building software/solutions capabilities such as cloud deployment & operations, software supply chain, install base management, SLA frameworks, and lifecycle strategies (EOL/EOS).
• Strong understanding of regulatory and quality management requirements in software and healthcare environments.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive influence skills.

Preferred

• Background in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.
• Experience in modernization initiatives such as process automation, workflow orchestration, or AI‑enabled process improvement.
