Senior Program Delivery Officer – Grade 9/10
Location – Parramatta with flexible hybrid working arrangement available
Employment type – Ongoing, full-time role
Salary – $129,464 - $142,665 plus Superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
This role leads the planning, coordination and delivery of high‑impact digital programs across DCJ and whole‑of‑government platforms, driving seamless, customer‑centred experiences and integrated user journeys. It offers a unique opportunity to operate at a senior level, owning cross‑agency collaboration, influencing strategic direction and aligning stakeholders to support shared outcomes.
The successful candidate will shape digital services at scale, champion best practice and make a tangible impact on how communities access critical government services.
What you’ll do
As part of the Digital Experience team, you will play a key role in enabling the effective delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and whole‑of‑government objectives.
You’ll coordinate program activities, support cross‑agency collaboration and contribute to forward planning and prioritisation to drive consistent, high‑quality digital outcomes. You will also identify opportunities to strengthen ways of working, improve integration across platforms and enhance end‑to‑end user experiences.
You will provide practical guidance to stakeholders, supporting informed decision‑making on platform use, content standards and accessibility requirements, while reinforcing alignment with broader digital strategies and governance.
You'll work within a collaborative and high‑performing Digital Experience team that values professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement, operating in a dynamic, delivery‑focused environment where strategic thinking, adaptability and effective stakeholder engagement are essential.
What we’re looking for
- Experience coordinating digital or program delivery in complex organisations, managing competing priorities and supporting delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and agencies to achieve shared outcomes.
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving capability, with experience improving processes, enhancing user experience and using data to inform decisions.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital platforms, content standards and accessibility principles, with the ability to provide practical guidance in a regulated environment.
