Facilities Maintenance Specialist -Multi Site (Up to 90% Travel)

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of Ashley Furniture facilities. This role provides leadership for facility maintenance activities, building systems, and site infrastructure while coordinating third party vendors. The position ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while primarily supporting retail, manufacturing, distribution, and office operations through proactive maintenance, budgeting, and continuous improvement.
