This role drives new business while supporting existing referral partners across hospitals, SNFs, outpatient rehab centers, and medical groups.Responsibilities Build and maintain referral relationshipsGenerate new referrals and manage existing accountsEngage RN case managers, discharge planners, and physiciansCollaborate with clinical/operational teams to support patient careSecure Face-to-Face physician documentationAttend sales and interdisciplinary team meetingsRequired Qualifications• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or five years previous sales or business development experience in home health or other related healthcare industries is required.• Minimum of one (1) year of recent (within the last three (3) years) experience in a Home Health or Hospice Setting.  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,) and computerized systems in general is required.• Strong knowledge of local medical community preferred.• Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills both written and verbal.• Ability to speak comfortably in front of small or large groups.Why Join us?We are committed to our employees' well-being, offering a comprehensive employee benefits package that includes, but is not limited to:· Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, EAP, 401(K) with 4% match· Paid time off and paid holidays· Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle (role dependent), plus fuel card· Employee referral program and opportunities for growth and advancementThis position is based on a Pay per visit compensation model.Pay per visit ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 visit commensurate with experience and depending on type of visit.
