Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler (Wire Harness)
Location: Chandler, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (OT as needed)
Pay: $18–$25/hour (based on experience)
About the Role
C.E. Precision Assemblies (CEPA), a Trexon company, is hiring Manufacturing Assemblers to support our growing aerospace and defense programs.
This role is responsible for building high-quality wire harnesses and assemblies used in critical applications. We are open to both experienced technicians and entry-level candidates who are eager to learn a skilled trade.

What You’ll Do
- Assemble wire harnesses and components using hand tools and equipment
- Follow work instructions, drawings, and production travelers
- Perform tasks such as crimping, stripping, routing, labeling, and soldering
- Inspect your own work to ensure quality and compliance
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For
For Experienced Candidates:
- Previous wire harness assembly, electronics assembly, or soldering experience
- Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 and/or J-STD-001 (preferred, not required)
- Ability to read drawings and follow detailed instructions
For Entry-Level Candidates:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic Requirements (All Candidates)
- Ability to read and understand basic work instructions
- Ability to use basic measuring tools (ruler, tape measure, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
