Job Description

Responsibility:

1. Talent Acquiring implement

2. Responsible for HC Forecast ;

3. Support all HR process flow & System maintenance

4. Plan and Implement Talent development activity

5. Talent Retain Activities

6. Employee relationship related

7. Design, perpare and implement Employee Training

8. ‌Assistant on Compensation and Benefits

9. Perform HR data analysis by utilizing a variety of standard data sources;

10. Participate & contribute to HR operation optimization

Requirement\:

1. With Strong Ambition & Self-Motivated, and demonstrate a keen ability to effectively drive results;

2. Good communication skills and exceptional negotiation skills;

3. Quick Learner with partial strategic analytical capabilities;

4. Strong logical thinking and strong numerical acumen;

5. Possess a tenacious results orientation and resilience under pressure.

6. Ability to balance detail orientation with efficient execution.

7. Has a spirit of dedication and service consciousness

7. Qualified team player;

8. Good command of both verbal and written English is must;

9. Excellent business application skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);

10. Bachelor degree or above.
