Job Description

Conduent is looking for Customer Care Agents (Hybrid)


Conduent is on the lookout for passionate individuals seeking a challenge and opportunity to grow within our company. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point-of-contact for travel agencies and consumers, responsible for embodying our client Quality Standards, and ensuring that we deliver on our common purpose of creating perfect vacations that stay with our customers!

 

Training starts June 29th 2026 

Hybrid after 2 months of employment 

(2 days at home and 3 at the office)

- Schedules summer:
Monday to Friday from 5 am to 6 pm
Weekends from 6 am to 2 pm 

- Schedules winter: CURRENT
Monday to Friday from 6am a 7 pm
Weekends from de 7am to 3 pm

Requirements:

  1. Customer care Experience

  2. Call center experience minimum 6 months

  3. Tourism related activities desirable 

  4. Fluent English-speaking skills

  5. Good grammar skills

  6. Computer skills

  7. Internet speed of 25mbps minimum
