Overview How You’ll Make an Impact Epsilon is seeking a VP of Product Management to define and lead our Agentic AI strategy across Epsilon’s advertising technology, data, identity, and marketing platforms. This is a critical role at the intersection of AI and the future of marketing – an opportunity to shape how the world’s largest brands harness AI to evolve planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of marketing campaigns spanning owned and paid advertising channels in an increasingly autonomous era. The scope of this role includes Epsilon’s internal products as well as enabling Epsilon’s products to interface seamlessly with 3rd party media and technology platforms. As VP of Product Management - Agentic AI, you will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of AI agents and agentic worfklows that deliver measureable outcomes for marketers, agencies, and publishers, ultimately translating to commercial value for Epsilon. Responsibilities What You’ll Achieve Set the strategic direction for incorporation of Agentic AI into Epsilon’s products, owning development of the roadmap, execution, and commercialization. Conduct market analysis on use of Agentic AI with emphasis on partners and competitive set, going beyond market noise to determine where value is being created. Writing PRDs that articulate a customer problem, the proposed solution, and any tradeoffs in scope. Architect conversational user interfaces, establish feedback loops, and design shared frameworks used by partner teams, balancing AI with human control and transparency. Partner with Marketing to effectively communicate Epsilon’s Agentic AI vision and capabilities externally. Engage with existing and prospective clients, evangelizing Epsilon’s vision and collecting input to guide product investment areas. Interact with Industry Analysts, promoting Epsilon as a market leader in AI and and gathering intel on industry developments. Ensure the strategy and products align with our privacy standards. Qualifications Who You Are Proven experience influencing business and product strategy through the application and management of competitive information, market awareness, and product positioning. Ability to comfortably span business management, client and commercial engagement, product design and development. Must be able to lead product vision and roadmap while also orchestrating the day-to-day work required to deliver products. Deep industry knowledge of digital advertising, knowledge of players in the space, and competitive dynamics. Knowledge of and experience with agentic advertising standards (AAMP, ARTF, OpenRTB extensions) and emerging AI agent protocols (MCP, A2A) to design and scale autonomous, interoperable marketing systems. Overall familiarity with a broad set of analytic concepts and how best to leverage various forms of analytic and AI related functions in a product or platform. A minimum of 10 years in a Product role related to AdTech/MarTech products. Experience building, scaling, and monetizing complex products, through effective collaboration with cross functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams including technical, operational, analytical, and marketing resources. Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
