• Prepare quarterly usage reports, account review materials, presentation updates, and account documentation to support sales team preparation and customer engagement.

• Coordinate customer training and adoption activities by partnering with educational advisors, scheduling recurring training opportunities, sending reminders, supporting meeting logistics, and assisting with large ID rollouts.

• Execute outreach campaigns across Eloqua, LinkedIn, social media, and account-based marketing channels with personalized messaging and relevant offerings for target agencies.

• Support new business development and prospecting campaigns in partnership with Account Managers and Business Development representatives, including target program identification and opportunity development.

• Manage selected sales opportunities from prospecting through handoff, including lower-revenue account follow-up, opportunity development, and coordination with the appropriate account owner.

• Learn product capabilities and demonstration skills for solutions such as Accurint Virtual Crime Center and Accurint TraX to support customer meetings, sales conversations, and engagement activities.

• Shadow discovery calls, customer meetings, demonstrations, and sales conversations to build knowledge of consultative selling, public safety workflows, customer needs, and internal sales processes.

• Accurately track outreach, sales activity, campaign progress, customer engagement, and opportunity updates using company systems.

• Maintain awareness of public safety market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, product capabilities, and internal sales processes to support continued development into a direct sales role.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage outreach campaigns, coordinate logistics, maintain accurate records, and support multiple account team priorities.

• Comfortable making outbound calls, conducting customer follow-up, and engaging with agency contacts in a professional and customer-focused manner.
