Job Description
- Complete and process new business applications (Schwab and Insurance Company)
- Collaborate with client and their employer to complete In Service Distributions/Rollovers
- Follow up on pending new business with the appropriate companies and call each individual client with an update
- Assist clients with policy questions, issues, and concerns, providing excellent customer service
- Build and strengthen client relationships through ongoing communication and support
- Maintain and update client and office databases
- Discuss Pending Business Report during weekly team meeting
- Manage all scanning and filing of documents
- Accurately record notes and outcomes from client interactions
- 1st backup for answering phones
- 2nd backup for scheduling and confirming Advisor appointments
- Crosstrain with the Client Service Associate
- 2+ years working alongside a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced office environment preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with CRM systems and other databases
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service skills, including superior verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated strong follow-through and reliability
- Positive and professional attitude
- Persistent and dedicated to achieving high-quality results
- Experience in the financial industry preferred
- $55,000 - $65,000/year based on experience
