The Role
As a Lighting Artist within our Immersive division, you will work alongside our creative leadership, supervisors and artists to implement high-quality lighting for interactive experiences. With the Art Director, you will be responsible for creating the mood, atmosphere, and visual narrative of our projects using Unreal Engine.
Key Responsibilities:
Lighting Design: Utilise various lighting techniques in Unreal Engine to deliver high-quality visual products for IP and brand clients
Performance Optimisation: With the tech team, use profiling and diagnostic tools to ensure the lighting setup is optimised for real-time performance without sacrificing visual quality
Technical Problem Solving: Address lighting-related technical issues as they arise, maintaining a calm and proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment
R&D Support: Collaborate with the team to prototype new lighting features and provide feedback on visual R&D phases
