Role Overview
The Lead of Xplore is responsible for building, scaling, and operating Circles’ next-generation AI-powered engagement platform across multiple international markets, e.g., Singapore, Mongolia, Japan, Pakistan, and beyond. This role owns the product vision, GTM coordination, roadmap, cross-functional execution, and client success for Xplore
This leader will architect the strategy, drive growth, and lead a multi-disciplinary team across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, GTM, and Operations while also managing external client relationships, partnerships, and vendors.
This is both a strategic and execution-heavy role, requiring deep product sense, technical fluency, and the ability to coordinate large, complex, multi-market launches with demanding timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Vision
Define the long-term vision and strategic direction of Xplore as a global AI-powered engagement platform.
Drive the roadmap for multi-country expansion, with rigorous prioritisation grounded in data, user behaviour, and commercial impact.
Develop business models, monetisation strategies, and growth frameworks that turn Xplore into a standalone revenue-generating entity.
2. Product Ownership & Delivery
Serve as ultimate product owner across all Xplore modules:
Xplore Engage (games, polls, news, daily content)
Xplore AI (chatbot, premium AI features, agentic AI)
Xplore IQ (agentic AI for telco use cases)
Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements, design, and engineering execution to QA, launch, and post-launch optimisation.
Ensure high-quality delivery across all markets with strong metrics instrumentation and experimentation frameworks.
3. Multi-Market Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary executive leader for key accounts, e.g., Mobicom, overseeing delivery, alignment, and strategic collaboration.
Represent Xplore in executive meetings, steering committees, and collaboration discussions.
Ensure seamless cross-functional alignment between Circles teams and client teams.
4. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, engineers, analysts, QA, and designers.
Drive performance management, hiring, capability building, and organisational design as Xplore scales into an independent business unit.
Instill a culture of speed, ownership, quality, and customer obsession.
5. Operational Excellence & Execution
Oversee complex multi-client, multi-market launches, ensuring operational readiness, risk management, and delivery against aggressive timelines.
Build processes for change management, incident escalation, and technical troubleshooting across global deployments.
Contribute to GTM planning, launch acceleration programs, and daily cross-functional rhythms such as scrums, analytics reviews, and roadmap reviews.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must Have
Proven experience leading end-to-end digital product organisations or businesses (preferably in telco, AI, fintech, or platform ecosystems)
Strong product, engineering, and data fluency - able to guide technical teams, define architecture-level decisions, and challenge constraints
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across C-level, technical, and cross-cultural teams
Demonstrated ability to drive delivery in high-pressure, multi-market environments.
A track record of building and scaling products from 0 → 1 → N
Nice to Have
Experience with AI agents, LLM product ecosystems, or applied AI/ML features.
Familiarity with telco engagement systems, CRM, gamification, or token ecosystems.
Prior leadership in a startup, scale-up, or incubation environment.
