LPN Shift Supv (Sunday and Mondays) 7am-3:30PM

(Sunday through Thursday 3pm to 11pm) Shift Supervisor (LPN) works closely with the Director of Wellness and the Director of Reflections. As a member of the multi-disciplinary team, the Shift Supervisor (LPN) contributes to the development of the Resident’s Individual Plan of Care, and actively participates in the supervision of that care. The Shift Supervisor (LPN) provides primary resident supervision and acts as a support to Residents, oversees (in consultation with the Director of Wellness), admissions and discharge processes; assures Residents are oriented to the community and provides social and emotional support, arranges for needed services; and maintains ongoing communications with all personnel involved in the Resident’s care.
