We're hiring 1 Demand Generation Manager to join Viva's internal GTM team.
Location: 🌎 Latin America (required)

This is not a people management role. It’s a hands-on position for someone who wants to build the demand engine end-to-end.
What You'll Own
Pipeline generation
Own marketing-generated pipeline - qualified opportunities that sales can close, not just leads or traffic
Build and run multi-channel campaigns across paid media, LinkedIn, email, and content targeting US mid-market buyers
Work closely with Sales on ICP, lead quality, and conversion from lead to revenue
Paid media & CRO
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google - managing budget, bidding, and performance with a clear line to revenue
Own conversion rate optimization across the full funnel - landing pages, demo flows, and high-intent pages
Identify where prospects drop off and fix it, continuously, based on data
Systems & analytics
Track funnel metrics and model pipeline performance from inputs to outputs
Own HubSpot for lead capture, routing, attribution, and reporting
Build automation that makes the demand engine run reliably
What We're Looking For
6+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
Experience generating pipeline for US-based buyers - not brand awareness, not B2C
Proven hands-on paid media experience - you've personally run and optimized campaigns
Strong CRO experience - you've improved conversion rates with data to back it up
Experience in mid-market environments
HubSpot proficiency (or equivalent CRM)
Based in Latin America
