Company description Drive structured change management for AI-led transformation and broader organisation development agenda—ensuring adoption, behaviour change, and sustained business impact across Publicis Groupe India. Overview AI Change Management & Change Management Office (CMO) – Core Mandate Design and operationalise a Change Management Office (CMO) to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption across workflows and functions Ensure alignment across stakeholders, workforce readiness, and communication at scale Build scalable frameworks, playbooks, and repeatable models for adoption across agencies Communication Design and execute integrated communication strategies for AI initiatives Build narratives that shift mindset and drive multi-channel activation (leadership cascades, campaigns, office activations, digital nudges) Leadership Alignment Enable leaders as visible sponsors of change, through leader toolkits (talking points, use cases, dashboards) to drive consistent messaging Institutionalise leadership accountability through adoption and impact metrics Capability Building Build and operationalise adoption journeys aligned to the AAA framework (Awareness → Ability → Adoption) Integrate capability building with real work environments (sandbox sessions, live use cases, play formats) Activate high-impact formats (champion networks, play sessions, demo days, use-case marketplaces) Talent Transformation Partner with business and Talent teams to ensure alignment between transformation priorities and capability interventions Contribute to making talent frameworks forward-looking, business-aligned, and scalable across agencies Organisation Design Support definition of new roles, blended roles (human + AI), and role boundaries Partner with business leaders to translate productivity shifts into clear responsibilities and ways of working Skills & Talent Transformation Support development of future skills frameworks aligned to org priorities Contribute to development and evolution of competency frameworks across job families Align AI capabilities with career pathways and progression models Integration with Talent Levers Ensure strong linkage between change agenda and: Learning journeys Performance management Career progression Enable reinforcement mechanisms (nudges, goal-setting, recognition) to sustain behaviour change Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define and track adoption KPIs (usage, frequency, depth, business impact) Build dashboards and feedback loops (user insights, champions, usage data) Continuously refine interventions based on performance and organisational feedback Responsibilities Expertise in change management for digital / AI transformation Strong understanding of organisation design, talent strategy, and culture change Ability to operate across strategy + execution + activation Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Data-driven mindset (adoption, behaviour, business impact) Excellent communication and storytelling capability Qualifications 8-10 years in Change Management / Transformation / OD roles Experience in consulting or large-scale transformation environments preferred Exposure to AI / digital adoption programs desirable
