Director, Onboarding | Full-Time | Denver Tech Center

The Director, Onboarding will oversee the employee onboarding process, employee audits, and develop strategies to align support systems across the entire company. This role will work closely with various departments including Talent Acquisition, People Systems, HR, and Payroll, as well as identify gaps and opportunities for upgrading HR systems based on new technologies and trends.   This role pays an annual salary of $140,000-$180,000 and is bonus eligible.
