This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRM Solutions Consultant based in India.

This is a high-impact techno-functional role sitting at the center of the Lead-to-Cash and Customer Success ecosystem, where you will design and deliver end-to-end CRM and revenue operations solutions across interconnected platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, CPQ, Certinia, NetSuite, and Workato. You will operate as both solution architect and business analyst, translating complex business needs into scalable, well-governed system designs. The role blends deep systems thinking with hands-on configuration, integration design, and quality assurance leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment. The environment is fast-evolving, highly collaborative, and focused on operational excellence and automation. It is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex system challenges and building enterprise-grade CRM architectures that directly influence revenue operations and customer experience.
