How you will contribute
A MRI Technician who excels in this role:
Performs magnetic resonance imaging procedures and produces images for interpretation by a radiologist. Procedures will be performed according to departmental protocols, policies and procedures and established standards of practice.
Assesses and monitors patients, and provides appropriate patient care.
Demonstrates competency in MRI safety practices with special attention given to screening patients for contraindications prior to scanning.
What we are looking for
Applicants should possess an associate's degree from an accredited school. Additional requirements include:
ARRT Certification in Radiography is required
ARRT Certification in MRI is required within six months of hire
- BLS is required within 30 days of hire
