- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs to inform DTCC’s product and service roadmap.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product Management, Risk, Technology, Legal, and Operations) to develop and implement market solutions.
- Drive the development of business cases for new initiatives, including financial modeling, risk analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support executive decision-making through the preparation of presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to assess their impact on DTCC’s strategic direction.
- Gather insights from client working groups and incorporate them into strategic planning and solution design.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment with enterprise goals and timelines.
- Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and enterprise goal-setting processes.
- Partner with Talent and Finance teams to align strategic initiatives with organizational capabilities and resource planning.
- Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Degrees in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant experience in strategy, consulting, financial services, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience working with senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.
