Job Purpose

Provide hands-on learning and skill development. Offer a structured learning experience. Acquire essential skills, knowledge, and practical exposure to be ready for a successful career. 

Key Accountability Areas

Learning and Development: 

  • Participate actively in training sessions and workshops designed to provide a solid understanding of the HR and its key principles.

Shadowing:

  •  Observe and shadow experienced professionals to learn about their day-to-day tasks, responsibilities, and best practices.

Hands-on Experience: 

  • Engage in practical, hands-on projects and assignments to apply theoretical knowledge gained during the training period.

Collaboration: 

  • Work collaboratively with teams and departments to understand the interdependencies and dynamics within the organization.

Problem Solving: 

  • Assist in identifying and solving challenges, contributing to innovative solutions and improvements.

Continuous Improvement: 

  • Actively seek feedback, reflect on performance, and strive for continuous improvement in skills and knowledge.

Adaptability: 

  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to various tasks and projects as required.

Compliance: 

  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards throughout the training period.

Role Accountability

HR Proficiency:

  • Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback.

Delivery:

  • Use tools and machinery within efficient cost and time.
  • Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.

Problem-Solving:

  • Assist to solve any related issues arise and escalate any complex operational problems.

Quality:

  • Implement the quality standards for products, processes, or related activities.

Business Process:

  • Execute the tasks as per work routines and instructions.

Compliance:

  • Comply to related policy, procedures, and processes.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Any relevant field
