What You’ll Bring:
10+ years of FP&A or finance experience (healthcare or multi-site preferred)
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
- Strong communication skills with experience in presenting to executives
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives (productivity, NOI, service line performance)
- Familiarity with tools like Vizient ODB and operational metrics (CMI, LOS, labor, supply)

Job Summary:
Develops and implements processes and programs within the Finance department.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops, evaluates, and implements programs regarding Finance. Creates the processes necessary to implement the programs developed. Develops procedures manuals as needed.
- Formulates recommendations to support the program.
- Oversees necessary audit activity to support the program.
- Trains Finance personnel on the program.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree

- Ten years’ experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Rare climbing.
