Senior Consultant - Compliance Risk Advisory
Risk Consulting is looking for candidate to join our Compliance Risk Advisory team as Senior Consultant based in Rome for a hybrid role.
Risk Consulting is a management consulting firm that provides risk management services as part of Marsh Risk, a leader in insurance brokerage and head of the international Marsh Group, a group of expertise in strategic and management consulting, reinsurance, human capital, and investments (Oliver Wyman, Guy Carpenter, Mercer).
The Compliance Risk Advisory practice supports companies in the transparent and responsible management of governance and compliance, helping them navigate the complex world of Internal Control Systems through activities aimed at identifying and mitigating business risks.
We will count on you to:
Thanks to your experience on similar projects, you will support the client by managing the following activities:
Analysis of business processes through risk assessment activities, in order to evaluate internal control systems and identify measures to mitigate any gaps identified.
Implementation/strategic strengthening of policies and procedures within the Internal Control System.
Support in projects related to Third Party Risk Management.
Implementation of Compliance Models and support to Supervisory Bodies (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, Law 262/05, etc.).
Definition and review of anti-corruption models (Law 190/12 and ISO 37001).
Internal Audit activities (both operational and compliance).
Data Protection Compliance, based on an in-depth knowledge of the GDPR.
Support in the implementation of Anti-Fraud frameworks.
What you need to have:
Master’s degree in Economics
Proven experience in Consulting or in an international company or law firm with a focus on Compliance/Corporate Governance topics
Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Teamwork and coaching mindset
Good commercial and business development skills

What we offer:
The position is offered on a permanent basis.
We propose a gross annual salary starting from € 32.000 for a full-time position. Depending on experience, skills and qualifications, we are willing to consider compensation above the starting salary. Variable remuneration may be granted in accordance with company policy. Further details will be shared during the selection process or directly in the employment contract.
The National Collective Bargaining Agreement (NCBA) applied is "Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi”.
