Senior Controller (f/m/d) - Portfolio Performance

Are you ready to change the market?
As our future Senior Controller, you will be the go-to expert for portfolio performance and its risk. You will build and challenge reports, drive insights, and present directly to the C-Level. You dig into the numbers and you make sure the business always knows where it stands.
What you can do with us:
- Own the monthly portfolio review end-to-end from analysis to presenting insights to the C-Level
- Maintain and improve our Portfolio Performance Dashboard using Power BI
- Handle bank and shareholder reporting
- Monitor refinancing KPIs (LTV, covenants) and support new partner assessments
- Manage the Bad Debt Allowance process and monitor Performance vs Forecast to derive actions
- Answer ad hoc requests like IRR calculations, scenario calculations, pricing impact estimates
What you should bring for it:
- Background in controlling with exposure to financial assets, preferably with NPL and receivables, or with investment controlling, banking, or risk management
- Strong analytical mindset paired with stakeholder management skills: you turn numbers into business insights
- Confident with Excel, SQL and Power BI
- Proactive and independent: you don't wait for tasks, you drive them
- Fluency in English, German language skills are a plus
