Permanent | Part-time 0.5FTE (8:30am–4:30pm on working days) | September 2026 start date Cognita and Alleyn’s Schools Group Partnership - Alleyn's Hampstead Senior School Cognita has formed a partnership with the Alleyn’s Schools Group to establish two leading independent day schools in north London. This pioneering collaboration brings together one of the world’s most influential education groups, Cognita, which educates over 100,000 students across 21 countries, and Alleyn’s, south London’s finest co-educational day school and Co-educational School of the Year 2025 . As part of this partnership, North Bridge House Regent’s Park Prep and North Bridge House Hampstead are becoming Alleyn’s schools. Alleyn’s Regent’s Park successfully transitioned this September, welcoming pupils aged 3–11. Alleyn’s Hampstead will follow in September 2026, offering an exceptional education for pupils aged 2–18 and bringing the distinctive Alleyn’s ethos of academic excellence, creativity, and care to north London. Alleyn's Hampstead Senior School now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced UCAS Coordinator to join our fantastic team. About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated UCAS Coordinator to join Alleyn’s Hampstead team. In this role you will have the opportunity to support our students on their UCAS Journey across the 16-18 age group. You will be able to guide and signpost our Sixth form students and families with information and expectations of UCAS and admissions processes. To view our full Candidate Pack, click here . Who we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced UCAS Coordinator who is passionate about their speciality. The successful candidate will: • Have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organisational skills. • Commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues and students. • Be able to develop and deliver UCAS information sessions and workshops for Year 12 students and parents. • Track student progress through the application cycle and provide intervention support where needed. • Support students through results day and next steps guidance (including Clearing and Adjustment) • Manage communications with external organisations including universities, colleges, and UCAS representatives Above all, we are seeking a UCAS Coordinator who has the ability to inspire young people to develop confidence, curiosity and resilience in their academic endeavours.
