Position Overview

The Supply Chain Network Planner is a strategic program leader responsible for driving complex, cross -functional initiatives across the supply chain network for LCD. This role combines network strategy, project management, and data analysis to drive process improvements throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Initiatives & Strategic Projects

· Lead global supply chain transformation initiatives and develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, financial targets, and dependency mapping.

· Establish clear governance structures, steering committees, and executive reporting mechanisms.

· Identify and proactively mitigate risks across operations, commercial, and financial dimensions.

· Partner with Operations, Procurement, Planning, Finance, Commercial, BU, Quality, and IT on project alignment and actions for success

· Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and network configurations.

· Track value realization post -implementation and ensure delivery of committed savings and working capital improvements.

· Lead and support strategic supply chain initiatives focused on network optimization, service improvement, and cost reduction across the LCD organization.

· Analyze supply chain performance data to identify opportunities for process improvements, capacity balancing, and operational efficiencies.

· Support implementation of regionalization and risk mitigation strategies to improve resiliency and customer service levels.

· Coordinate project timelines, stakeholder communications, and milestone tracking to ensure successful initiative execution.

· Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor project KPIs, inventory health, forecast accuracy, and supply chain performance metrics.

· Participate in digital transformation initiatives involving planning systems, analytics tools, and automation capabilities.

Financial & Business Case Ownership

· Escalate critical risks and drive cross-functional mitigation plans.

· Develop comprehensive business and partner with Finance to validate assumptions and track benefit realization.

· Ensure savings and overall improvements are formally captured and sustained.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

· Utilize standardized project management frameworks and best practices within Network Planning.

· Contribute to continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, or data-driven methodologies to enhance operational performance

· Champion data- driven decision making and advanced analytics adoption.

Qualifications

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field required.

· APICS/IBF certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) preferred.

Experience

· 3–6 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or manufacturing operations. · Proven ability to analyze supply chain constraints and implement network optimization solutions to improve service, cost, and efficiency. · Exposure to end-to-end global network optimization projects

· Strong analytical experience using ERP systems, planning tools, and data visualization platforms.

Technical & Leadership Skills

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex, high-mix product portfolios.

· Proficiency in Excel and ERP/planning systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, or equivalent).

· Understanding of supply chain constraints specific to chemical manufacturing (e.g., batch processes, hazardous materials, shelf-life).

· Effective communication and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

· Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $83,300.00–$115,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
