This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Growth & Demand Generation based in United States.

This role is a senior growth leadership position responsible for building and scaling non-paid and hybrid demand generation engines that directly drive enterprise pipeline and revenue impact. You will own the strategy and execution across brand, content, events, partnerships, PR, and community-led initiatives, ensuring each lever contributes measurably to sales outcomes. Working closely with executive leadership, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, including ownership of budget allocation and strategic decision-making. The role requires a strong balance of creativity and commercial discipline, with success defined by pipeline quality, conversion efficiency, and revenue contribution rather than activity metrics. You will help shape the go-to-market motion of a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company operating in a rapidly emerging category.
